I will echo that I don't believe you can get quality for $109, but it may be enough to get going and validate your concept.
When getting going what really matters is that you have HIGH QUALITY product photos, that matters more than design, branding, logo, etc. If you show off a high quality product and have a cheap logo, you'll still get business. If you have a world class logo and design but nobody can tell what you sell or why it's good, you'll not get any business. Once you have some business, you'll have cash flow and the ability to come back and make your site look as awesome as you want. You'll also have information about what your customers care about and you won't be making as many guesses on your design.
If I had to choose between spending $500 on design or spending $200 on product photos and saving $400, I'd pick a default Cratejoy theme and take the product photos every day of the week.
